The Maenheere is a
family run Hotel, a fine Georgian House, commanding one of the most central
positions
by the Harbour's edge. It has magnificent views over the river to the 'Carrick
Roads',
Trefusis Point and beyond.
It is only a short walk to the beaches and shorter still to the main shopping
centres and piers.
The Hotel is easily accessible by coach and train, both of which have stops
within walking distance.
The Maenheere is ideally
situated for excursions by land and sea. The Hotel name is Cornish for 'Large
Rock'
and is named after the largest of the Sea Stacks 'Men Hyr' off the Lizard Point,
the most Southerly point of Britain.
Our fully licensed
Bar offers a full range of beers, wines and spirits.
Packed Lunches can be supplied if ordered the evening before required.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:15
